RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Cancelations
Given the speed in which we process our orders it is impossible for us to change or cancel orders after they have been placed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
The only case in which it is possible to make a return, is when the item received is different from the item ordered or if an item is damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for return include, but are not limited to: Anything worn, altered, washed, or missing its original package or tags, gift cards, sale items, swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits, personalized items, perishable items, health & beauty items, furniture, heavy/bulky items, luxury items, pierced jewelry, perfume and some electronics.
To start a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at deathvalleysupplymx@gmail.com, with “RETURN” on the subject line and include your proof of purchase (order number or purchase order image) and a picture of the wrong or damaged item you received.
If your return is approved, you can choose to have the correct item shipped to you or receive the value of the item through store credit. Once accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will only be done when returns are approved, you will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through store credit. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund.
